Mr. Salcedo offers over thirty years experience in civil engineering. His engineering experience ranges from civil design, hydraulics and hydrology analysis and design, to land development, surveying and GIS.

Mr. Salcedo has been responsible for the management of numerous relevant complex projects including the complete evaluation of the downtown storm sewer system for the City of Fort Worth, the preparation of Flood Insurance Studies for 13 Texas communities, and the design of many water transmission and wastewater distribution systems.

The City of Dallas and the McKinney Avenue Trolley Association selected a design team, which included Mr. Salcedo for the plans, specifications and construction inspection on the proposed trolley renovation on McKinney Avenue in Dallas. Mr. Salcedo was responsible for assisting in track layout, drainage, utility relocations and was involved in construction inspection.
