Matt Holley is the creator/developer of Kessler Woods- A thirty-home community inspired by architectural masters such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Richard Neutra, and Joseph Eichler.

Before Matt entered the world of real estate development, he was in the telecommunications industry. After graduating from the College of Engineering of Texas A&M in College Station, he worked for over fifteen years in the telecommunications field and was part of several large public companies as well as technology start-ups. He held various positions in marketing and business development during this period and lived in Houston, New York, Dallas, and the Silicon Valley. Upon his return to Dallas from California, Matt started Kessler Ventures and had the good fortune to buy a special block of land in Kessler Park that subsequently became the highly acclaimed residential development known as Kessler Woods.
